Custom Designing is a great way to get the exact details of the piece that you want.  Our process is setup to assure satisfaction and timely delivery.

First Step is Design Rendering: (7-10 days)

This step requires direct contact with our sales agent and design specialist on getting the Stone and Metal designs, dimensions, details, and characteristics refined.  Having a budget in mind will allow us to give you details as to the stone characteristics you can afford, and as to the design details available.

After Consultation we draw up computer renderings of designs, normally 3 to choose from, and stone options for your piece.  Process takes 5-7 days.  After renderings are done, we contact you to show you available designs and stone options.  If we need to make changes, it's done so within 2-3 days.  Once we get an ok on design and diamond details we give you an the exact cost to produce.

Second Step is Mold Casting: (2-3 Days)

After we get ok, we print out a 3D model in casting wax to show you the exact size of the piece.  After approval it gets casted.

Third Step is Gold Casting: (2-3 Days)

​

Casting is done on the desired metal specifications you request.  After inspection it is sent for the stones to be set.

Forth Step is Stone Setting and Polishing: (6-8 days)

​

Stones will be set in the casted design after engraving or additional details to add, if requested, is done.  After setting does to polishing and inspection.  If all specifications are met to our standards, we send it to the customer.
